While Dr. Sharad P Paul offers training for overseas doctors and has hosted surgical and dermatology trainees from overseas countries such as USA, Australia and India, time constraints mean that these one-on-one training programmes are not always available. These training programmes typically involve theatre assists, pig-belly training and instruction in flaps and grafts.
